Eligibility:  This prize draw is only open to those persons who are 18 (eighteen) years or older as at the date of entry. Employees of Avalon Promotions Limited (the "Promoter"), or their associated, affiliated, or subsidiary companies/organisations, their families, agents, or any other person(s) connected with the prize draw, including third party promotional partners, are not eligible to take part in the prize draws.  The prize draws are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

Agreement to Rules: By entering this prize draw you agree to abide by these rules and our decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects.  We reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at our sole discretion. By entering this prize draw, you represent and warrant that you are eligible to participate based on the Eligibility requirements above.  In addition, you agree to accept our decisions are final and binding as it relates to the content of the prize draw.

Prize Draw Period: The prize draw opens on Thursday 2nd of July 2026 at 10AM GMT and closes on Tuesday 7th of July 2026 11:59PM GMT.  All sign-ups must be received no later than 11:59pm on the closing date. All sign-ups received after the closing date will not be entered into any prize draw. 

How to Enter: Eligible entrants can enter the prize draw by completing the survey titled 'The Pub Landlord - Survey'.  You must complete the survey in its entirety in order to be eligible for the prize draw. The survey can be found here.

 Prize: The winner of this prize draw will receive two splash zone tickets and two meet and greet tickets for one performance of Al Murray's show 'All You Need is Guv' (the “Show”) on a date selected by the winner from the Show’s UK tour taking place between 23 January 2027 and 19 June 2027. Splash zone tickets and meet and greet tickets are not available at all tour venues or performances. If the winner choses a date where these are not available, standard tickets shall be provided instead. There shall be no cash or other prize substitution permitted except at our sole discretion.  The prize is non-transferable.

 Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected at random from the list of survey respondents. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.  We shall notify each winner by contacting them through emailing their email address they completed the form with.  We are not responsible nor shall have any liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to email or social media security settings that may cause notifications to be marked as spam or junk email, nor shall we be liable for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.  If a winner fails to claim the prize within 48 (forty eight) hours from the time the award notification was sent or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner for that prize draw may be selected.  If any winner violates any of these official rules of the Prize draw, they will be disqualified (at our sole discretion), and all privileges will be immediately terminated.

Terms & Conditions:  In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the prize draw should non-authorised human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond our control, impact, or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the prize draw.  We may, in the event of any of the above issues, determine the winner based on all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by us.  Individuals who tamper with or attempt to tamper with the operation or entry process of the prize draw or violates these terms & conditions will be disqualified in our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: Your entry into this prize draw constitutes your agreement to release and hold us and our  subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Prize draw and/or; (i) the winner accepting, possessing, using, or misusing of the prize or any portion thereof; (ii) any type of technical failure; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the Prize draw; and/or (v) electronic error or human error in the Prize draw administration or the processing of entries.

Privacy Notice: The information that you provide will only be used for purposes of this Prize draw, including running the prize draw, deciding on, and contacting, the winner, and assessing general geographical interest to help inform our potential future tour locations. If you are already subscribed to our mailing list, we may also use the information you provide to tailor and segment the marketing communications you receive from us. This will not affect your existing marketing preferences, and you may unsubscribe or update your marketing preferences at any time. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: The Courts of England shall have sole jurisdiction in relation to these Terms and Conditions of this agreement which shall be interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.
